When will my order ship?

Your package will ship on next business day of Monday to Friday after placing your order and payment verification

How long will it take?

Within the Philippines from 2 to 5 days (free)

International delivery from 3 to 6 days (shipping rates computed on checkout)

Please expect additional days on shipping estimates during holidays

Can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking information. Feel free to have a live chat with us or email if you’re having trouble with order confirmation.

Does TSEC ship internationally?

Yes we do, with shipping charges computed at checkout. If your city is not on the list, please talk to us and we will do our best to make a special arrangement for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Domestic (Within the Philippines)

We accept returns for unworn products with original packaging within 14 days on the date of purchase. Transport costs, Duties, and Taxes for shipping  the items back to us to be shouldered by the customer. Refund will be done as soon as the item is back, inspected and approved.

For exchange to a different size or the same article due to a reasonable issue, we offer one time FREE shipping from and back to the customer within 14 days on the date of purchase. 

You may however try them on first inside your room to get the feel of whether to keep them or not. Sale items, products bought with Discounts or Gift Cards, sensitive products like Masks, and related products are not eligible for return or exchange.

International (Outside the Philippines)

For customers abroad, the transport costs, duties, and taxes will be shouldered by the buyer for returns of the unworn product with original packaging within 30 days on the date of purchase. Refund will be done as soon as the item is back, inspected and approved..

For exchange to a different size or the same article due to a reasonable issue, customer will shoulder all costs related to shipping back the items to us. Meanwhile, we offer one (1) time FREE shipping the exchanged item back to you the customer.

Returns and Exchange must be done within 30 days only on the date of purchase, unworn and in original packaging.

You may however try them on first inside your room to get the feel of whether to keep them or not. Sale items, products bought with Gift Cards or with free shipping, Masks, and related products are not eligible for return or exchange.
