Product Availability/Order/Discount/Payment

AVAILABILITY

As of the moment, we can only stock or replenish one (1) to two (2) pairs of shoe per color per style.

In the case you ordered and paid for the item listed in this website as available, there are rare moments that someone may have also bought that particular item ahead of you by few minutes or hours and we may have not updated yet that style stock's availability into "out of stock", and for that we sincerely apologize.

But please do not worry, we will immediately produce a pair (or the number of pairs you ordered) and have it shipped to you the fastest we can. It may take 3-5 days to produce and then the usual length of time of shipping.

Item I like is sold out, when will this be available again?      

Sold out or out of stock styles are restocked once a month. Please make sure to add yourself to the waiting list and be notified once your favorite pair is back.

Seasonal, Collabs, and Sale items of limited quantity will not be restocked and are not eligible for pre-orders.     

Do you accept pre-orders?

Yes, for item you really like but is out of stock. You will need to prepaid for it including shipping fee for international. You cannot however use any gift card or discounts on this, but anytime on available items for next order. We will then prioritize it on our production so you can get them ahead of the others on the waiting list. For additional inquiry, please email us at sales@tsec.fashion 

Can I change my order and/or my shipping address?

Please double check your order and shipping address before the order is processed. If for any reason you have to change something when orders are already processed, please email us at sales@tsec.fashion.

DISCOUNTS

Automatic Discounts

For only eligible items that qualify for the discount as well as the specified items that you get for free OR with discount as part of the promotion. Automatic discounts on checkout or cart take precedence over discount codes, and customers can't apply multiple discounts to a single order. Discount codes are unavailable for customers who have an automatic discount applied to their checkout.

Discount Codes

Valid only within the specified date, for a number of limited times, or the minimum order required for the codes to effect. The discount code is also only for specified products, collections, or variants.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments through Paypal and 2Checkout. For bank-to-bank deposits, and e-money transfers like Gcash & Paymaya, please send us an inquiry and we will provide our account for the payment. We will need a photo or screenshot of your deposit slip to help us verify your payment.

Is my credit card safe to use in your website?

Our website host shopify.com and 3rd party payment gateways are some of the most respected companies with top of the line secured infrastructure, which means your credit card is safe.
